DLR Planning was established in 2015 by Vanessa and Brian De La Rosa. With combined over 15 years experience in the construction field, there is no project DLR Planning can't handle. 

DLR Planning is a minority and woman owned construction management and project management firm focused on the true needs of it's clients. As a result DLR Planning has become a top of the line solution for its clients. .  

As a small firm, DLR Planning has narrowed all it's energy to becoming the go to solution for Project Control, QAQC and Procurement services.  

DLR effectively handles all operational & administrative duties, allowing contractors to take care of field-related items in real time. We know how crucial it is to keep up with project documentation, but we also know what a time-consuming task it can be!
