DLR Planning is currently providing Project controls, Administrative support, and QA/QC services for Sofi Stadium and Hollywood Park Retail project.
Sofi Stadium Campus spreads across 298 acres. The largest stadium at a whopping 3.1 million square feet while seating 70,000, with the ability to accommodate up to 100,000 if needed.
Apart from the event facilities there will be a hotel (300 rooms), over 2,500 apartments and massive 93,000 m2 of office and commercial space. Estimated project budget of $5 billion.
